nothing new...
What cute kids I have.
David and Sadie are such great helpers! Their favorite chore is taking out the trash
Pretty Sadie dressed for church.
Mike and the kids.
This weekend we enjoyed the HOT weather. Lots of water events and bike riding. On Saturday the boys got the boat all ready and we hit the lake for the first time this year. It was an eventful event for the boys, after dropping Lyndsie, the kids and I off at a little picnic area they went out to do some serious wakeboarding, but ended up doing some deep diving trying to free the rope that got caught under the propeller. We got home very late, but still had a great time. Tuesday, June 17, 2008

A useful link
I am in the process of trying to get food storage and 72 hour kits together, and I had no idea of what to get, and how much to get. This website gave me a better idea of what to be getting!

I heart Texas
This past weekend we got to go to TEXAS! Mike's dad's side of the family had a family reunion in Ivanhoe Texas where his sister Dana and her husband Cliff live with their family. They live pretty much in the middle of nowhere on over 60 acres of land. They have a huge pond, a creek, motorcycle and 4-wheel trails, and plenty of wildlife. The whole family stayed in their new house which housed about 25 people very comfortably. Thank you so much again Dana and Cliff, it was a trip to remember! We swam, fished, worked, rode and ATE!
David's first canoe ride
David looking for some frogs
Aubri (mike's sister) and her baby Lexie, meg and Sadie. The girls are 3 months apart!
Mike found a turtle which David loved holding, until it scratched him.

Great Grandma Cooper with her 2 great grand daughters Sadie and Lexi
Gary and Paula (mike's parents) with Sadie and Lexi
Aunt Michell with Sadie. Look at how beautiful the landscape is!
We had a family project to help clear out a trail that kept getting washed away by water, Above are the slacker spectators, and below the hard workers.
Sadie loved the wildlife as well...
The lake we went to swim at. Meg, Sadie and Shalie (Mike's sister)

Dana and cute Lexie.
David showing off his muscles again.

My fish that I caught! Kiss my Bass...ummm no way.

Today we had our first outdoor meal of the year.
I love this picture of Sadie, she looks so tiny to be running around.
Sadie and her favorite toy Shrek. I think she likes him because they are the same size. Notice Sadie's battle wound on her head. Her first walking wipeout was with a cement step outside our house. It is looking much better though.
Oh boy, not even one yet and already thinking she is old enough to ride a bike. Now that David has his new green one, Sadie always wants me to push her 'riding' this little red bike. I have a feeling she is going to be a little daredevil.
My adorable little boy! This weekend was so nice, On Friday we went to see Maid of Honor with mike's mom and dad, and it was so cute. I loved it, highly recommend. Saturday we went to the spray park and for some bike rides and we had a ward talent show that night. And today we played outside and went to the nature park to feed the ducks, it was a great weekend! We leave for Texas in 4 days to go to a family reunion. I have never been and am so excited to go!
