The Corn Maze

Last night we went to the corn maze with some of our friends. It was a perfect, warm night and David and Sadie had SO much fun.

The kids were great leaders!
Victory at the end, we found our way through the maze!

Calista's Blessing Day

Today was Calista's Blessing day.

We blessed her at church and had a lovely turkey dinner afterwards. Here is Calista with her wonderful grandparents.

Great Grandmas.
Thank You to all the family and friends for coming to celebrate Calista's special day!

calista one week

Calista is one week old. She is even cuter now, if that is even possible.

Wildcat David. This kid is too funny. He loves watching High School Musical, and Mike's mom got him this little warm up track suit. Whenever "Troy" comes on he imitates him.

Matching Sadie and Calista. I have to watch Sadie pretty carefully, she thinks she can pick Cali up and carry her around....

My little one week old Calista.

Family

I know everyone always says they have the "BEST BABY IN THE WORLD" but Calista really is so unbelievably good. She is so much fun. She sleeps 5 hour stretches at night, eats really well and accomodates David and Sadie's constant desire to hold her.

Tonight we went for our first outing, we headed to the farmers market. I kept Calista wrapped tight and it was nice to get out of the house. I am so happy she loves her wrap, she has been spending alot of time in it already, it is the safest place for her I think with crazy David and Sadie running around all over the place.

David is such a protective big brother to his new sister already.

Every morning the kids climb into bed with me after I feed Calista and they hold and cuddle her.

Things are going so well, I am feeling really good and am amazed at how fast Calista is changing already.

Calista Paige Cooper

My baby has finally come!
Calista Paige Cooper
7 pounds 6 oz.
Monday September 14 2009

I started feeling contractions about 12:30 Monday afternoon. I got to the hospital at 2:00, got my wonderful epidural and she was born at 4:09. David and Sadie LOVE their new sister and are so sweet with her.

Calista is such a great baby. She looks like the female version of David!
The proud dad. Poor Mike is so busy with work, he has hardly seen his new little princess.

She is happy, healthy and we are so blessed and grateful that she is apart of our family!!!

Still pregs

We are anxiously awaiting a baby arrival. I hope she comes soon. I am feeling plenty of pains, and go to sleep everynight thinking "this is it" but wake up the next morning with nothing. I should just enjoy my last nights of sleep I guess!
