We decided to venture away from the desert for a day and head to the beach. We drove up over the mountains towards San Diego. The babes had never been to ocean before so they were pretty excited!
The ocean was much cooler, so I stayed in my sweatshirt all day, but the temperature didn't stop the babes one bit. All day long they were in and out of the waves, building sandcastles, looking for shells, and having a great time!
After the beach we stopped for a burger at In N Out and headed back over the mountains. We had a perfect California style day!
